“Is there a way for the Nest to automatically adjust humidity settings based on outdoor temperature? When the outside temperature drops by more than 10 degrees, the relative humidity setting should drop too. The Ecobee can do this.”

There is a Cool to Dry mode you can use, but it basically runs your home fan more often.
