Be patient... your furnace /boiler is a multi part system. Basically your fan is "starting up" and then your heat source is being allowed to add heat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is your heat from natural gas or propane? If it is then those don't kick on until it the gas flame heats up the element to keep the unit from blowing cold air into the home. There could be some glitch allowing the thermostat to bypass this with your system allowing the blower to kick on before the elements are warm. Just a thought. You would probably have to have a pro come out to fix that issue though.
