“I see that it pairs with the Nest Thermostat via QR code in the app. What happens if you lose the QR code or if you need to re-sync it? I didn't see anything on the actual sensor itself.”

There is a number code on the back of it you can enter manually, just skip the scanning, enter manually and will connect. Need more help there is a YouTube video on installation that they go over on manual setups

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey - there is a QR code INSIDE the device. Turn it over, on the back, there is a silver panel that screws out with a coin. I had to apply more pressure than seemed reasonable to get it to unscrew, so don't be timid about it but still be careful not to break it. Once you have that back panel removed there is a QR code on the inside. Why they didnt just put it on the back of the device, I don't know.
