• I think video quality via text is dependent on your carrier. Sending with Facebook messenger or Snapchat or anything like that will send higher quality videos. The videos sent and received with this phone will be no different than any other Android phone.

• I have not tried to send video, but photos send and receive withy no issues. Photos are clear and sharp. Colors true.

• Sending videos over sms(texting) the quality is fine it's not super great but it will be this way on any smartphone, I would recommend using an app like Facebook messenger, kik or Snapchat for something like that
