• Works in India not sure about Saudi Arabia and Pakistan I am using it in India after buying it from BestBuy USA

• It may and it may not. It's the North American version so the LTE bands may not be the same as in overseas countries. I suggest that you find out which bands the carriers overseas use and see if the US version supports them. Though I will add that in my experience, LTE band support is limited in US market phones used in foreign countries when compared to the international versions.
