• warranty only good in USA according to terms and conditions/ purchased in USA. Yes these are GSM factory unlocked worldwide models will work in India

• Yes it will work in Indian either you can activate e-sim or install SIM card in available slot. In fact you can use both sim. As far as warranty if you have Google authorize dealer than it should work.
