Yes, one unit connects via network cable to the router/modem, then the 2 other units just need to be plugged into a electric outlet anywhere in the house. Very easy to set up using a smart phone and the app. It will walk you through the steps in no time

You would replace your Comcast router with the Google Wifi router. If you give your Google router the same name and password as your old router, everything should automatically connect after you set up the router.

It depends upon the ability of your router to go into "bridge mode." if your existing router can basically act as a modem and pass all traffic to the Google unit, then all is good.
