likely yes - unless your apartment is a maze with lots of really thick solid walls

The only interruptions with signal that I could possibly see happening would be, say if your house was 10' wide and 65' long and you had lots of walls for signal to travel through. I really doubt you would have this type of problem though so 1 unit should be no problem at all in my opinion.
