• Yes, as long as your Hughesnet Satellite, has an Ethernet Port (a big version of a telephone connector). If your Hughesnet uses USB, then you are out of luck. Well maybe not out of luck, but you will have a more complicated setup to use any Wireless Access Points.

• So long as Hughesnet Satellite does not require a PPPoe type of interface, you should have no problems at all.
