No. This only creates a wifi network. It does not have any bluetooth connectivity.

Bluetooth is not a part of the Google Wifi product.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't believe so. These are wifi devices. You can purchase speaker with wifi connectivity, or one of those chrome cast dongle to connect to existing speaker. Anything that can work off of wifi would be able to play/control speaker covered by these Google wifi devices.

They cannot be used in that manner.
