• Good questions. WIFI is signal is absorbed underwater so live streaming is very limited or next to impossible unless you build something to boost the signal.

• To livestream, the GoPro needs to be connected to a computer using the USB-C cable. When the cable is connected, the GoPro will not be waterproof. So, in order to make this work, you'd need to find a way to enclose the camera and cable so it all stays dry.
