• No unfortunately you would need the mod case to do so!!

• The only way to get video exported to TV is with the Gopro 9 media mod - then you would connect the hdmi.

• The USB-C won't support live viewing to a TV, but you can use the HERO9 Black with the Media Mod though, and the Media Mod includes an HDMI port that you can connect a cable to to send a live signal to a TV.
