No, it does not. Once I was flying and it started raining a few drops, it wasn't too far away and I could get it quite fast. Got a little wet but nothing bad happened. But don't try rain this drone is not designed in any way to withstand water you will loose you drone if you do.

No. The owner's information specifically says "Don't fly in fog, high winds, rain or snow."
