Hello Roger - These are the same unit. The only difference is model 2019902 includes a 4.0Ah battery and rapid charger and model CS80L03 is a tool only kit. Tool only units are great for our existing customers who already own a battery and charger in this platform and are looking to expand their collection. For customers who are purchasing a Greenworks unit for the first time, we advise picking up the unit that comes with a battery and a charger. This unit is a 2nd generation with a 2.5 kW motor which is equivalent to a 40cc gas chainsaw motor.
