QuestionWill all the features work with a Samsung S6 Galaxy phone? I could not get the siren to work with a previously purchased Guardzilla unit!

Questionhow does it attach to your home?

- Answer It has a small circular plate with a magnetic ball attached to the plate - that screws into the wall/ceiling. then the camera magnetically attaches to and from the ball. It is a very strong magnet, so no need to worry about it falling off, But if an intruder sees it, it can be pulled off.

QuestionWhy won't mind connect to my smart phone? I have 5GHZ wireless Internet. Camera says it requires 2.4 GHZ. What is the difference?

- Answer 5GHZ is generally used for apple iOS products and 2.4GHZ for pc Android. I use apple products all the way around and had the same connection problems. When I reached out, there was little to no help from this company online or otherwise. It’s unfortunate, I was told this product was apple iOS friendly. Depending on what your needs are, I would look for a different system. I have both an Arlo system and pair of Canary cams, both are indoor/outdoor and work very well. Good luck, Steve.

- Answer No zoom, 2 way audio, runs off battery or electric (no solar), I don't know what you mean by invisible IR but it does work at night if that is what you are asking.

- Answer It has internal Li rechargeable battery. I've only had it for a week, but my math - hitting it a few times a day - makes me think I'm getting a month. Recharging is easy... Just plug it in for a few hours.

QuestionHow do I mount this on the ceiling? I only see a tiny screw and adhesive /a sticker in the package. How do I secure the magnetic mount to the screw? The back of the magnet is too wide to hang the screw from. Do I drill a hole in the mount?

- Answer Be very careful. Do not hang this on the ceiling using only the double sided round piece of tape that comes with it. My son mounted mine by screwing the screw into the ceiling, then adjusting the screw (also use the small washer) until you have a tight fit when sliding the mount onto the screw. Then use a small bead of clear silicone around the mount. This will prevent the mount from coming off the screw and falling to the floor. Hope that you have as good results. It is very easy to do.

- Answer It’s an outdoor device, so night vision performance is going to depend on the environment. I’move been able to see as far as 30ft in my backyard. Closer objects are obviously going to show better.
