“Why won't mind connect to my smart phone? I have 5GHZ wireless Internet. Camera says it requires 2.4 GHZ. What is the difference?”

• 5GHZ is generally used for apple iOS products and 2.4GHZ for pc Android. I use apple products all the way around and had the same connection problems. When I reached out, there was little to no help from this company online or otherwise. It’s unfortunate, I was told this product was apple iOS friendly. Depending on what your needs are, I would look for a different system. I have both an Arlo system and pair of Canary cams, both are indoor/outdoor and work very well. Good luck, Steve.
