Is this air conditioner quiet and small? null

It is small but it's not quiet, in fact it's pretty loud. Maybe all smaller models are this loud. The compressor doesn't power down the noise either when it reaches it's level like larger model ACs do. But we all need cool/cold air and that it will do for small rooms.
