Q: Are 2 side pleated panels included with the air conditioner?
A: Yes i would have like to see them a little bigger but they do cover the reach of a 36" window opening.
A: Yep! We have mold in our unit :'( Been cleaning for hours but there are so many pieces it's impossible to take apart to the point where it'd be totally clean. Also, inside is styrofoam so it's very difficult to confidently clean the mold out.
