“Will it get moldy inside? Some window ACs get moldy inside. I am carefully researching for a small bedroom & so far I like this model based upon the reviews so far & the price. Certainly don't want mold build-up inside the AC unit at some point. Will appreciate the response. Thanks.”

Yep! We have mold in our unit :'( Been cleaning for hours but there are so many pieces it's impossible to take apart to the point where it'd be totally clean. Also, inside is styrofoam so it's very difficult to confidently clean the mold out.
