When this unit first arrived on my doorstep after purchasing it online i thought i made a big mistake by the size of the box,but it was in the middle of a heat wave and our central air doesn't quite cut it upstairs. It took about 20 minutes to get it in the window and sealed in. Ran it for a half hour and i could hang meat it my bedroom (25×20). Does a great job with keeping temp where you set it,the remote helps fine tune the temp after your in bed,it cycles on and off to save power and for a window unit is surprising quiet.

It couldn't have been easier to install and works like a champ. Maybe a little noisy at high fan speed but I would expect that.

I love having the remote and the sleep timer. It cools down the room in no time and isn't too noisy!

I live in the apartment and I was looking for an AC for my bed room and it's very big. I bought this AC and it cools the bedroom in no time. Easy to install. The disadvantage is it is a noisy But it worth buying

Unit is quiet and works well. Auto feature is awesome at bedtime. Unit performs flawlessly. Would not hesitate to buy this brand again.

This is a nice compact air conditioner that puts out a lot of cold air for a one room situation. No complaints so far.

Nice ac for a small bedroom. It is quiet and produces a good amount of cool air. Have had for about 3 months and have no reported issues.

I plugged it in and it blew out cold air. That's really the important thing. It is also very quiet.

we have a generator and the unit runs on 110 . we have had to go weeks with out power in the past, with this unit we can run it off our generator incase of a major storm

Tried a Frigidaire model, was very unsatisfied so I returned it and ordered the Haier model through Best Buy. Many positive reviews for this model and they all are true, it is a great small unit, not very loud but the cold air it pumps out is awesome!

For a small room, this AC is OK. Perhaps all small ACs have this loud hum, and I'm glad it's in our small apartment kitchen for if it were in a bedroom, it would take hours to cool the room and no one would be able to sleep. It was easy to install however. I would recommend it to other apartment dwellers for their kitchens but will also mention these pro's & con's.

Quiet, efficient, easy to install. Remote and automatic set functions are nice to keep room comfortable.

But it's easy to put together and ready for use can't wait.

Using this air conditioner in an Apartment in NYC. It works pretty good but it could be colder. Only had it a month and haven't used it much.

Not as quiet as I hoped it would be. But at least my entire wall no longer vibrates when it is on high, so that is good. I have it in my bedroom and it cools the entire room very well.

Bought these for my sons. They love the remote. Easy to install.

The reviews said it was quiet but i don't think it is very quite but acceptable...i like the remote and it works very quickly

AC works pretty well. I use it for my bedroom and keeps the room cool all night. Not sure how well it would work for a larger room though.

I actually haven't installed it yet because the box was punctured and so are the l louvers so air wont aim right. I was out of town and busy and didn't return in time so I'm not sure what to do now. I don't know if I would recommend to a friend for sure since I haven't been able to use it. I don't like the fact that Best Buy only allows two weeks to return items.

It is a good product. The directions were easy to follow. It was easy to install. Settings were simple and clear. It operates reasonably quietly and definitely cools the air.
