After you drink all you want from a brewing, take out the filter cup and wash out the internal basket. There is a small button-type thing at the front, and sometimes if a coffee ground gets in it it may stick open. This has cured our issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it's coffee that leaks out, it's probably a chunk of grit or coffee grounds under the seal that is under the screen inside the reservoir - clean and rinse it. If it's water that leaks out - there is a channel that feeds water to the coffee grounds. It is supposed to fall by gravity over the grounds. It may not be falling so the hot water drains into the grounds. I drilled a 1/8 inch hole in the top of the coffeemaker and I use a toothpick to push that channel thing down so the hot water drains down into the coffee grounds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one and it leaked too but not as bad as yours,I returned it and got a new one.So far this is our third unit that we have bought because we are coffee drinkers and go though any coffee maker more than the usual coffee drinkers.
