“I've had multiple issues with the coffee pods separating at the top and the coffee grounds pouring over everything. I've never seen this with other coffee makers. Anyone else had these issues? How should I proceed?”

I had the problem of coffee grounds pouring over everything once in a while. This happened when I put the coffee in a filter without first putting the filter in the Brew Basket and when I failed to seat the carafe correctly on the Warming Plate. Haste makes waste!
