I purchased this coffee maker to replace my Keurig I’d had for some time now. I’d grown tired of always having to use K-Cups while I was home, and was honestly enjoying the fresh brewed coffee from a $20 Mr Coffee coffee maker I picked up on a Black Friday sale that I decided to take to work rather than use it at home. I didn’t want to give up being able to use K-Cups. My wife & kids still enjoy using the hot chocolate cups and green tea cups here and there. This coffee maker is the best of the two. You can easily use K-Cups or make single serve coffee with the accessories this maker comes with. Easy to clean, brews a great pot of coffee to boot. Also has a “strong” brew option on the carafe side, strong brew option not available on single serve side. I’m about 25 pots in and every one has been great. Hard to beat for the price!

I really like the versatility to this coffee maker you can make a large pot or a single cup all in the same unit you can use coffee grinds or you can use K cups again I really like having these options all in one system The buttons are self explanatory no over thinking it. My parents love it.

Just what I was looking for, 2 in 1 coffee maker. Carafe side for the weekends when I’m home and K-Cups side for weekdays when I’m on the run.

This is the perfect coffee maker I ever bought, when I’m in rush I can make the single one and when I have guests I can make the regular coffee, it’s perfect thank you.

Love that they updated the flexbrew with separate reservoirs for single and pot. Much better design and functionality.

Make it a little or a pot. Easy to use and program.

I love this coffee maker because I only need one with this FlexBrew coffee maker instead of having two different ones: one for single cups and one for a whole carafe. It brews a little slower than my other full carafe coffee maker, but I like it more because of the two ways you can brew your coffee.

I love the fact that you can make a pot of coffee or use the single cup.

brand new... but mising the warming plates , the box is sealing brand new what can I do?

Have 1 complaint which has nothing to do with the actual appliance. The box came to me with a hole in it and the lid for the single serve is cracked. Didn't return it due to Covid19. Coffee maker is working fine though.

Stepped into the future with this $80 coffee maker that has so far exceeded every expectation. This was indeed a best buy.

Love the K-Cup and regular sized brew dual style. Very convient for the family!

I like how they separate the water from whole pot to single cut. Coffee maker is very quiet.

Purchased this product in August 2017 thinking I could combine my Keurig and my coffee pot into one unit. I've used a Keurig for years with no issues. Anyway, I've already replaced this unit once and the second unit stared doing the same thing on the third single brew (see photo). I cleaned the unit as recommended and the unit still does the same thing over and over. I never had to take apart my Keurig and clean it, I only had to run the cleaner or vinegar through it periodically. Do not purchase this unit if you plan to use it for single brew.

Love this new pot! makes great cup of coffee ..either by carafe or single cup feature. only regret is it requires a paper filter to avoid grounds....will look for a gold filter to insert rather than paper.single severing side uses either pod or reg coffee.as I use a certain brand coffee ,I will use that with screen insert .

This coffee maker has a great set of features and is well designed. I have use Keurig coffee makers for several years but I felt the new Keurig models didn't offer the features and reliability that I wanted. This coffee maker brews much better coffee than my Keurigs ever did. You can choose a regular or a Bold brew strength. The Bold setting pulses the water through the coffee instead of using a continuous stream, giving the water more time in the coffee grounds. You can use your own coffee and brew up to a 14 oz. mug on the single serve side. Of course you have the carafe side when you want to make a pot of coffee. Overall, I'm very pleased with this coffee maker and I don't think you will find a better set of features for the money.

This coffee maker is working just fine. It brews a pot of coffee just like we like it. I appreciate the flexibility of using single serve pods or being able to create our own single serving with the special insert. My only wish would be to have a coffee grinder as part of this set-up.

Both the single cup brewer and the carafe work well. Both make good coffee. I’ve had no problems filling the water reservoirs but you do have to be careful. The single serve side takes a bit longer to brew a K-cup than a Keurig but the result is as good or better. I love really bold coffee so I thought the bold option would be great; it’s not. It just makes the coffee taste bitter. If you want bold coffee, buy bold coffee. A great value.

This coffee maker operators very well dis bight what any so call critics have to say. It's a 3 in one brewer. So simple to set up I never read the instructions. Break away from those expensive K-Cups and brew your own or just do K-Cups. Either way you do have a choice from the two adapters cups provided. The big pot has a timer to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee but no beep sound to say when it's done but that's ok. If you use your own coffee use one measuring cup and no more or you could have a leak. Water has to go somewhere if the adapter is loaded. Have enough room to fill the water in both reservoirs or you could have a spill. Both units do not run at the same time. Fill as needed on the one cup or you will have a spill. Most coffee makers make about the same temperature on your brew. If you need it hotter NUKE IT. That's about it and I'm happy :) Oh, get the two year insurance, it's worth your investment...

Simple to use. Manual easy to understand. Coffee comes out hot. No issues with pouring in the water nor adding coffee. I like the option for single serve. I enjoy being able to add a the coffee pod if and when I want just one cup. Works great for heating up water if one chooses to use tea bags or top roman. Clock/ timer easy to set up. Would buy it again!
