Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the FlexBrew 12-Cup Coffee Maker's brewing speed, ease of use, and ability to make both single-serve cups and full carafes. Many appreciate its affordable price and improved design. However, some users find the water reservoir placement inconvenient and the brewing process somewhat noisy. The single-serve function's water reservoir may not always empty completely.

Good idea, but kcups take forever to dispense. Regular coffee works good.

this is great for those that like the option of a single cup or a carafe of coffee. Easy to use and great options. Can use the single cup to fill with your own coffee if you don't want the expense of buying the pre-made pods.

Better than my Keurig. You can control the strength and size. I have a 30oz Yeti and I put 28 ounces of water and I get 28 ounces of coffee. No more 8 or 10 ounce max size cups.

I used this to replace my full-sized Keurig at the office. There are two separate water reservoirs in this model. The carafe side heats up fast and brews independently of the single k-cup side, it also has a handy "keep warm" feature which auto shuts off after 2 hrs. The single cup side takes awhile to heat up just like any other single cup brewer. There are reservoir water level marks on the side of each to let you know how many ounces or cups respectively will be heated up. These are all or nothing water boilers, meaning all of the water you put in will be dispensed, there is no setting for a specific amount, this is true for the carafe side and the k-cup side - you have to refill after every brew and wait for the water to heat up. You can adjust the brewing strength to either regular or bold on the single cup side. The footprint is great, fits right on top of my glass k-cup drawer/holder, 14.5'' W x 13'' H x 3.5'' , you do need to allow for real estate above the brewer so you can flip the lids and add water. It's light and easy to clean. Single cup also comes with a neat filter for tea or coffee grounds if you don't want to use a prepackaged k-cup. Happy with the purchase.

I love this coffee maker. I have the option of brewing a single cup or a pot. Two issues I have ran into 1) you cannot brew a single cup and a pot at the same time, and 2) you cannot program a single brew to start at a specific time and this maybe user error and just need to read the instructions further.

The coffee maker is excellent but if you were hoping to get a “keurig” along with a regular coffeemaker you will be disappointed. The single cup maker is okay but takes a long time to heat up. We had a keurig and were spoiled with how quickly it made a single cup. The carafe maker is good and we have started using that more often than the single cup maker..

I bought this for my parents and they really enjoy it. It’s simple to use, just put water into your cup and dump that into the single cup reservoir. Then just hit the brew button. This gives you the exact amount of water you need every time. It’s nice having the option of a carafe too.

We wanted something to do k-cups and carafes. This does both and is a great price. I like putting the water to use per k-cup. I choose the amount, not a present amount. I would have given it a 5, but don’t give anything a five until I have used it for at least 6 months.

This is a great coffee/single brew coffee. It’s done a fantastic job and I love that you can brew a carafe or the single serve coffee (this is best for quick brewing) also is a nice sleek black design! Great purchase would recommend

This coffee maker is nice as it is versatile, but it doesn't have a large water reservoir like we had with our Keurig. You must add water for each single cup of coffee you make and it is rather loud.

Works great. Easy to use. We love that we can do a whole lot or singles, and more reasonable than other brands. Wish the single side was a little smother when getting the pod in place and punctured
