It is rare that we give a product five stars. We were looking for a coffee maker to replace the ridiculous Keurig 2.0 we had. This pot accepts all K-Cups even the ones that are not specifically Keurig. It comes with its own filter for individual cups, and has a delay sart that is much easier to set up than Keurig. This pot is a must buy. It's not a basic pot and not the fanciest but I would say it's the best in its class.

This has been the best coffee maker I've ever owned! It does both which is amazing because each morning I can make a single cup for myself but when I have company over I can make a whole pot. I love this!

Bought this just to have. Didn't think anyone was gonna use it at home. I was wrong. With the k cup its so much easy to make coffee or hot chocolate in the morning or anytime of the day.

I really like this pot by Hamilton Beach. The carafe is large and seems to be spill proof. I had always managed to get water everywhere where when filling the reservoir or the machine. This is a welcome change for sure. I like that I can use a KCup or or single serve grounds with an easy change. The coffee that comes out is hot. The price was reasonable at $90 and I would recommend to others.

I had one of those over priced Ninja coffee bars that gave me nothing but trouble for 2 years. Got tired of dealing with it, so went looking for a new one. Read some reviews on this one, liked the fact you can make singles and carafes, so I picked it up. Have had no issues with the machine at all, and the coffee tastes just as good as the 200 dollar plus coffee bar.

Hamilton Beach has always been a good brand for me, this coffee maker is one of a very few that has two reservoir's allowing for setting up a pot and a travel mug to brew. You can't brew them at the same time of course, but when I have an early shift I can set up my travel mug and a half pot for my wife to enjoy. I recommend this to anyone looking for a machine with two reservoir's .

Awesome.. able to keep a pot warm and make a cup of special or decaf! Can make a pot with company and easy quick cup just for me. Love love love, best gift to myself!

Loved the original but this version is even better. Looks sleeker and they fixed several of original design flaws.

I’ve been going through a lot of coffee makers this year. I just couldn’t find the right one and now I’ve found it. It has everything I could want. The single serve side gives you the option of using kcups or use your own coffee. The carafe side is a nice 12 cup size for more! This sounds trivial but it’s important. The carafe pours smoothly. You don’t understand how important this is until you have one that always spills when you pour it. I also like that the opening is big enough for me to put my hand inside to clean it. The only things I would have liked would be it to make hotter coffee and to offer the option of a thermal carafe.

This Hamilton Beach coffee machine is great for the person who wants to have choices when it comes to ways of making coffee. You can make a pot up to 12 cups or you can use the single cup side with an actual k-cup or by putting up to 3 spoons of ground coffee into a provided reusable filter.

I love how I can make a whole pot or just a cup. It works so quick and efficient. Even my children can use it with ease. Best coffee pot ever!

This is my 2nd coffee maker like this and they both work great. It can make both individual cups or a pot. I bought a third one for a friend

I love the single use option to make my own blend. The store k-cups are often to strong or bitter. Thus, making my size with my options is great. The full pot option is great for weekends when I like to have more than just one cup. You will really enjoy this coffee maker whatever your needs are.

Love this coffee pot! It’s a little slower than some others i have used but the carafe is 12 cups and makes great tasting coffee. A huge fan that the one cup section comes with its own filter so I can use my own coffee instead of k-cups if I choose. Very pleased with this purchase.
