- Answer Please take you laptop to the geek squad to be analyzed first for free. They will tell you what needs to be done. That's what I did and i ended up taking both of my laptops back to be fixed and now they are working fine.

They explained how much it would cost for them to install and protect my computer in case I needed additional help in the next year. It was a great experience. Well worth it.
