We also have new hard disk and solid state hard drive in stock where we can install, backup and transfer all your info onto it. That can be done all at the same time. Last thing we want is for your hard drive to Permenently fail which can be very costly to try to retrieve data from it especially because I'm sure you have very important documents from work.
