No. The Spectrum app is not on this Android TV. It’s also not on Roku TV’s anymore if you didn’t download it already. In my opinion they are a terrible provider anyway and there are much better apps for streaming Live TV or movies on these Smart TV that you don’t need to waste extra money paying for expensive cable
