Q: QuestionDoes this tv stand allow me to turn it a bit if watching from a side angle, I’m asking if the stand will swivel without the feet moving also can you see window reflecting on a sunny day ?

• A:Answer No, the feet are fixed, to turn the tv, the feet will have to turn also. This tv has very good brightness and drowns out the sunlight from our sliding glass doors which are right next to it. Had the H8G there before, but sometimes the sun was too bright for it so you definitely will want to go with the H9G

Q: QuestionDoes this TV show pop-ups or messages if I decided not to connect it to Wi-fi? I have no use for the Smart features and I want a TV that will work without whining at me to give it an internet connection.

Q: QuestionOn my current TV, I can change the picture size to like Wide, and screen fit. Can you do this with this TV or not? I often need to change the picture size so the black bars are gone from side of movies.

• A:Answer You cannot do that in the home menu. However, when you're playing a movie, depends on the software you use, like VLC Player, you can adjust the screen to whatever aspect ratio you like. Keep in mind you can't do that with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or YouTube.

Q: QuestionMy H9G Tv is not pairing with any devices. I have a pair of Sony 900N headphones. I can get to the menu where the pairing option is available, but it just sits on the screen and doesn't detect the headphones. Same with my wife's Samsung phone.

Q: QuestionWhy is it that now some of my apps wont open? They just go dark when I go to them and then back to the Home Screen. Also how do I connect the Showtime app? It wont let me just sign in on the tv.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
