“Why is it that now some of my apps wont open? They just go dark when I go to them and then back to the Home Screen. Also how do I connect the Showtime app? It wont let me just sign in on the tv.”

Hello Teekay, Thank you for your interest in the 55H9G. We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the apps now opening. This is not a common issue with our units. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
