A:AnswerYes, Hisense is reverting back to its previous warranty coverage period of one year parts and labor for all new televisions sold in the United States of America and Puerto Rico, effective April 1, 2017. Hisense will continue to honor the warranty coverage periods per the warranty cards provided with the new TV for consumers who purchased their televisions prior to April 1, 2017. If you have any additional questions please call us at 1-888-935-8880.
A:AnswerThere is an amazon button on the remote, if you have wifi & connect it you should not have a problem. I havnt tried my prime account to know for sure yet as we have cable...
A:AnswerIf your firmware is up to date and you are plugged into hdmi 3 or 4 then you have hdr enabled. Open the youtube app and stream some 4k video, you will know. You can also hit more settings on the video in youtube and if you go to the far right, a tab called stats for nerds pops up. It will show you what the resolution is running as well as framerate and other numbers.
A:AnswerI am not sure if it will work in your country or not? You might want to go to the Hisense web site, they have a live chat system
there where you probably would get clearer answers. One question comes to my mind if the TV can
receive the local digital broadcast signals in your country? The power source is an easy one to
accommodate as you can buy power converter/adapters for your local power.
By the way, so far the TV has been a good TV. I have had my 55H8C for a little over a month and the
picture is wonderful, so crisp and clear. I would compare it's picture to TVs costing much more. Time will tell how
reliable it is.
A:AnswerThe tv is on SALE now as well as the smaller 50 inch model. Rting.com has some good settings as well as avsforum.com. Great picture in this set. GOOD LUCK
