Love my Hisense. Only issue was when a repair man for another issue came into my place and decided to flip the wall switch off and on several times. Apparently messed up my older Hisense.

However, the tv experts reviews can also assist you in your tv decisions. I used the expert reviews to determine the best affordable tv and picture quality before i brought my 3 hisense tvs. The U8K, U7K and the U6K. They all look great with good sound and brightness.

At least for me, my Best Buy has all there TVs working including Hisense. So if I were you, I would demand them to get them working so you can view it, experience it, and make a sound decision. But I will tell you that you won't be disappointed. The image quality is amazing and the sound quality surprised me (best experience at home than at the store). I am glad I did not purchase a soundbar.
