A:Answer No, it is not, Oled (Organic Light Emitted Diodes) panels consist of phosphorus diodes, similar to a living pixel. When black is used the pixel involved, shuts off completely, emitting no light whatsoever, it can also handle gradiants from deepest blacks to your brightest whites. Oleds are not as bright as Qled or Mini - led Tvs, but they produce, perfect black. Oled has the widest viewing also, but are best viewed, in a darked room, don't view as well bright light, or sunlit rooms. Oleds are more expensive, because of the technology used. They can suffer from burn - in or, image retenton, but many Manufactures, have resolved this giving the ability of digitally refreshing your panel, to help eliminate this issue
Qled is a little different, if I get it this right Quantaum Light Emitted Diodes. It uses mini - Led lights or technology for effect, they are all backlit throughout the Tv, almost all are full array panels, which means, leds are place all around the screen or panel positions. This helps with brightness, colors, & all (HDR) High Definition Resolution & (HLG) High Level Gamma picture modes. These Tvs can produce the very brightest whites, contrast or colors. Viewing angle is not as good, but trumps Oled in bright or sunlit rooms, halogen lighting doesn't matter, Tv's are very bright, many have anti - reflective coating on the screen. Pricing is cheaper with Qled & Mini - Led Tvs
