“How is the view on this tv from the side. Does it degrade in quality enough tonot choose it”

Like most tvs in this price range there is definitely some side view degradation but it is not any worse than other models I looked at (Samsung, LG, and Sony in the $600 range). Mostly some color wash but at a large viewing angle I do get some size distortion as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The viewing angles of this TV is superb. There is not degradation as commonly found on LCD/LED backlit panels. The Mini-LED panel gives you a very close experience to having an OLED TV. No light leaks either. Color and contrast are superb from all angles.
