“Does this specific TV have the option to have install the feet on the outside as well as more on the inside? I know some of the Hisense models have that option but I couldn’t find any info on this model. The TV will have to fit on a 44 inch wide TV stand.”

There are two foot placement options. My stand is 52 inches long, and the more outside located connections would have been just at the edge. The innermost connections are much better and very stable.
