It's important to measure the item and elevator first before placing your order. Just incase you measure and the item is too big, then i suggest u contact customer service to see if the delivery can use stairs. For mine, i measure the space in my house where i want to place the item, then compared with item measurements online and it was ok. Delivery used the stairs and i live on 3rd floor. Everything went well

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suggest that you take a measurement of the elevator and make sure that the items that you are purchasing will fit prior to their delivery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check with your sales rep. The item must not be taken out of tbox box or you would pay a restocking fee!! Be careful to measure ahead. Delivery crews usually open the box at their truck before they even enter your building. So you Ned to measure in advance! The 36 x 34.5" width IS TOO BIG for many homes entry doors.
