I’d recommend you check your confirmation email to see the time you selected for delivery; make note of your order number and/or confirmation number. If this isn’t helpful; I’d recommend contacting your closest local (or the Best Buy store you purchased your ice maker) and ask a team member for a status update on the delivery time with your order number so they can quickly look it up for you. In my personal experience, Best Buy team members go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues you may have. If this isn’t addressed locally to your satisfaction; contact Best Buy’s corporate office by phone or email and make sure you have your order number for them to search for your order and the delivery time.
