Driver showed up today, had us move our car, sat in the street for 10 minutes on the phone, and then left w/o another word. I'm told by support that the system shows I need to reschedule install but the system hasn't updated yet to allow that. Now what?? null

To my understanding, I believe the driver had a strict schedule, and there was no appointment to do the necessary things or time. Therefore, the only thing that they can do is contact the main dispatch to reschedule our appointment for them to come back and secure the job.

Call the sales department at your local store and get the manager on the line.  He'll probably take care of everything.  These guys don't want to lose out to Amazon so keep them on their toes.

Same thing happened to me. I called  Geek Squad. They called the driver and told him to close out the ticket and then they made my new appointment. All in one call.

The driver must of had a urgent call from another costumer with a pretty bad situation and we had to rush the nearest tech, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but will re schedule as soon as possible. Thanks for understanding
