A:AnswerIts like all other American electrical devices. But beware, you CANNOT use it in hotels as the wifi connections are not strong/specific enough. I have had NO success bringing it into my office at universities or to hotels around the country. It's not prime time for travel.
A:AnswerHmm, good question. Can you do it through Spotify without the Alexa? If so, and if it's account dependent, you might have to train Alexa for the different voices and then link the parental-controlled Spotify account to your child's voice. My experience is the the Alexa's controls over 3rd party streaming services are still pretty basic but I haven't tried pushing the envelope. Perhaps this discussion will get someone more experienced than I to chime in. Good luck!
A:AnswerYes! I used it in Spanish and English. You configure this device using your smartphone, with Google Home App, if your phone (or account?) is in Spanish, it automatically use Spanish as your language
A:AnswerYes, mine is plugged in. No need for it to be portable since house is Wi-Fi so I can control various lps and appliances from one Central location.
A:AnswerThis is battery power, but to connect to the internet you need to plug in your connecting device. I use it separately and with Google Home, I do not know if it works with Alexa.
