Suggest you buy a Netgear switch. Depending on how many devices you want to connect via Cat5 cables to the router will determine how many ports you need in the switch. Prices are very reasonable. Probably a 4 or 8-port switch will work for you. It is very easy to do. Connect port one Cat5 cable to the router and every other device Cat5 cable to the rest of the ports on the switch. I have connected 4, 6 and 12-port switches. I am not a technician just a homeowner. Probably find how to connect on YouTube and save the expense of GeekSquad.
