Mounting was not done at my request. Only set up. Jonathan was excellent at explaining everything.

Outstanding performance by Chase (the installer). He was very knowledgeable of the eero system wireless extender. Installation and explanation of how the system was done very professionally and efficiently.

We lost our internet and I made an apt with the Geek Squad but the first try at that appointment did not work as planned. I contacted Best Buy and was sent out 2 members of the Geek Squad. I forget this person's name but he was EXECELLENT!!!! got my Deco model setup and computer and Ring system up and running in no time at all..... Really appreciate the customer service the Geek Squad provides!!!

The Modem with the Router works with no problems. the Geek Squad technician did an excellent job. Although he connected my tv and cellphones to the new Modem and Router I forgot to ask him to connect my Kindle and Prime. I connected my Kindle. Still figuring out how to connect Prime.

Tech was superb! Spent time and skills to unravel my double set up I previously had for my system. Great assistance for a senior citizen!

Amazing, I believe his name was Kevin and he was a great listener. He call the day before and asked several question and stated he believed we needed more than what customer service recommended. My goodness he was correct and he brought along what he thought we needed after my discussion with him. Eric and I were impressed with his professionalism and his work ethic of being detailed and he explained everything.

My installation went perfectly. The Geek Squad Guy communicated with me ahead of time, was on time for the appointment, answered all my questions, and even explained to me why what I purchased was not what I needed to fix my router situation. He brought something (less expensive) from the truck and installed it painlessly. I couldn't be more happy. Everything is running flawlessly. Thank you Geek Squad!

The came on time and set up my modem/router. They set it up without any problems handled all the online stuff. I knew I couldn't do it. They even set up all 4 tvs we have. Told me what to tell mediacom when I called them.

The two people removed our old modem and router and then installed a new gateway device for our upgraded fiber internet service. Everything was done efficiently and effectively.

I am a disabled widow in my 70's with minimal computer knowledge. After I changed internet providers, I could not get my various things, like my Ring video, my printer, my Echo Dots and the internet extender to talk to the new internet. Geek squad came to my rescue!

I bought the modem and router from Amazon and set it up but two Geek Squad members programmed them and made sure everything was working correctly.

The Geek squad arrived within the time frame promised. I had issues with internet service and also needed to set up new router sent to me. They were able to communicate with the telephone company tech support and completed the install. They would have moved it as I wished, but the telephone company will only allow their staff to do so. In addition they reset passwords and connection of my two TVs 4 Alexa devices, and garage door opener. They also made sure my computer, printer, and IPad were connected. Both men added their experience together to accomplish this in under an hour!! They were professional and kind enough to go through a bit of instruction for me as well! I totally feel their service was worth the money spent!!
