We'll use a cell phone or laptop to verify the speed of your internet. We'll need your internet service provider (ISP) account information at this time.
Modem activation
Then, we'll set up the modem on your ISP according to the manufacturer's guidelines and ISP process.
Final steps
We’ll verify that your modem is operating properly, provide an educational demonstration of your new equipment, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
This service does not include network or additional hardware setup, configuration, repair or troubleshooting. Also not included are wire runs, wire termination, or functionality for print or file sharing.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

A: The estimated time to complete the service is 45 minutes.- A: Yes. I wanted to 'cut the cable' and not rent router/modem from cable company. I now have a router w/ modem separate. It is a much lower profile than the rented one. Also boost signal around the house. I had the Geek Squad install new tv and move another and hook everything up. They were excellent! They get with the cable company via text and/or phone to sync all. A pain in the butt I did not want to take on. Technology has surpassed me as I have aged. Def recommend the technicians from Best Buy Martinsburg WV.
