Agents were excellent. Answered all questions and were very patient.

I recently had the pleasure of having the Geek Squad install my new PC desktop at my apartment. I am very pleased with my Geek Squad service. My service tech was personable, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He transferred all my files from my Dell laptop to my new Dell 27 inch All-in-one desktop computer with Windows 11, set-up my new computer and loaded my programs. Everything is working good and I could not be happier with this service. Also, I am loving my new Dell, the color is remarkable, it looks so good and takes up minimal space.

The person was timely and polite. His correction of my problem has worked until now. I’m very appreciative. He added the AirPlay app to my tv so it is mirroring my computer screen correctly.

The agent sent up my pc monitors camera and headphones neatly then walked me how to use everything . He then suggested a few items that would enhance my setup . I will be returning to BestBuy for those .

Geek Squad sent a masterful technician to set up my first HP laptop in my home office.

I found this product to have several positive features like the flip screen and ability to use many of the Ai generated services. However the negative features outweigh the positive features for my planned uses. The processor was sluggish. I couldn’t get the audio to work when I was using any of the Group Communication Products regardless of manufacturer and had to be logged in by phone and computer to participate. Finally maybe I had too high expectations for a product like this one.

The Geek Squad representative setup my new computer in a timely and professional manner. He ensured all updates were installed, transferred my anti virus and malware services to my new computer, and connected my printer to the new computer. Also this resulted in a smooth new computer setup.

The agent was exceptional. Alex is fast, knowledgeable, and patient. He's also friendly. When I had problems with understanding the data transfer process, he made sure I got the essential information.

Josh, the Geek Squad tech, came to my home and set up my new laptop. I originally ordered the service 'without data transfer' but asked if he could do that and for only an extra $60 he did. He was friendly, took his time setting things up and explaining what would be new and different and what would stay the same as on my old laptop. He answered all my questions! He gave me a way to contact him if I had any more questions. You can't beat this kind of personal, in-home, technology service! Thanks!

It was easy to set up with Best Buy Geek Squad technician’s at home help! Windows 11 updated. Yeah !

The Geei Squad technician was very professional and courteous, answer all my questions, and moved me equipment and made sure my computer system was working correctly.

Varton was the technician who came out to set up my HP. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and was able to help me understand my new systems. I just like to say that Mike, called me on Friday and informed me that what time he was going to arrive and updated me his stautus...that is customer service. I was completely impressed with their professionalism, expertise, patience. He was very helpful in adjusting to my new computer, software, and made my new learning a lot better. The computer is working great but the Geek Squad associate who came to my home to set it up neglected to set up antivirus software to which I was entitled, and even if I wasn't entitled to it wouldn't you assume that Geek Squad would not leave a new computer unprotected? At least cover the issue. They did not.

Wow! I was so pleased with the set up and the professional attitude of the technicians who assisted me. Randy is an expert when it comes to set up and troubleshooting, Frank is a great customer service agent. They installed all of the software purchased and made sure all my usual programs were working properly. I am so pleased!!!

My Geek Squad install was professional and timely. Our agent not only set up my new All-in-One computer, he made sure all of the connected devices were working properly. He gave a great tutorial on the operation of the computer and didnt leave until we felt comfortable.

I had nothing but positive comments from when I purchsed my computer to the I -house set up and transferred of my data. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable professional and answered every one of my questions. I did have one issue when I was setting up my in-house setup and transfer over the phone with GeekSquad…..the young lady didNOT include my data transfer like we had discussed and I was charged two times on my credit card. But this was quickly rectified when I called right back..the charges were reversed. The set up went smoothly and my representative from Geek Squad…Ray from Watertown…was exceptional and over the top. He transferred all y data from my old computer to O my new computer and explained everything to me.

Devon is a pro. Highly knowledgeable and efficient. Ism not a computer techy. He answered all my questions and completed all request. I enjoyed the time spent with him and hope to have his assistance with future purchases
