• Yes. You should contact your internet service provider first. Tell them you want service and that they should turn your service on. Some times they have to come and check the cables to make sure they work. Then Geek Squad can come setup your new wireless Network. I would like Geek Squad recommend what router you should use. The Internet Service providers will sell you or rent you a router but often times it's older technology. It's better to get one that suits your specific needs.
