• Hi KingwoodMom! The FloorMate was designed to tile and grout, but the brushes will only clean high set grout and will only clean them topically, as to not grind or wear the grout away. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover customer care

• It works as well as a machine will...it's not like getting on your hands and knees scrubbing but I'm pleased with the results.

• No. It cleans them a little but not like a high quality grout cleaning machine would do.
