• I cant imagine using the brush for cleaning after using it for waxes. But it's easy to swap out brushes. Yes you could use it on etched concrete, just test the soap first. No harsh chemicals and use the soft brush.

• Hi! Using the FloorMate on unsealed concrete can be abrasive on the squeegee and your FloorMate will suffer. As for wax flooring, the FloorMate may strip the finish. We recommend contacting the floor manufacturer for more information. Hope this helps! -Giselle Hoover Customer Care

• I use it on painted concrete and it wrks great but gentle on floor finish.

• The cleaner is designed to work on wood or tile and grout flooring. It is not able to apply waxes.
