• Yes the head swivels, and though I have not measured what the actual clearance it, it could easy get under beds and between legs of furniture!

• It does not swivel. You would be able to reach to an extent, but I'd say maybe only 8 inches.. then you'd have to bend the entire vaccum to do so.

• Yes, I'm able to vacuum most of the floor under my king size bed with this vac. We have one of the Tempur-pedic adjustable beds and it has a lot of support legs which make it difficult to clean under but this little vac does better than any other ones I've tried.
