Yes the head swivels, and though I have not measured what the actual clearance it, it could easy get under beds and between legs of furniture!

It does not swivel. You would be able to reach to an extent, but I'd say maybe only 8 inches.. then you'd have to bend the entire vaccum to do so.

Yes, I'm able to vacuum most of the floor under my king size bed with this vac. We have one of the Tempur-pedic adjustable beds and it has a lot of support legs which make it difficult to clean under but this little vac does better than any other ones I've tried.
