• Hi Paul. If you purchased the Hoover Model FH51102, the Operating Instructions should have obviously been included in the box. If no Operating Manual in the box, you may contact the Hoover Company at Hoover.com and ask to speak to a representative. Explain your situation, I am sure they will gladly send you an Operating Manual. Just have your purchase information ready for them. Youtube is a fabulous immediate go to place to visually see how to operate the Hoover Model FH51102. IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTE: Please wear gloves when operating the Hoover Model FH51102 Carpet Cleaner.
