• If you used rug shampoo in this machine instead of carpet cleanin solution it won't work. As a matter of fact, it may possibly damage the machine. This is not covered by the manufacturer or the store return policy. If however, you are referring to the cleaning solution/water sprayer the phone number is on back of the machine.
