• This has been a great upgrade. We had an older Hoover prior to this vacuum and it was always getting clogged in the hose with build up of pet hair at hose transitions or curves. Ended up having to dismantle the cleaner to clear it. This Hoover machine allows you to bypass the hose extension avoiding the clog problems. I have been very impressed with the cleaning and suction that this vacuum cleaner produces. I recommend it for anyone with pets that shed all year long.

• Hi Brenda! Unfortunately we do not carry a specific model for pet breeds. All of our pet models have rubberized tools that better help to pick up pet hair. For optimum performance we recommend emptying the dirt cup and cleaning the filter after each use. Also, you'll want to ensure the hose is clear of any fur as a part of normal maintenance.
